ContextVault

Overview

ContextVault gives teams a shared memory layer for the AI tools they already use. Instead of useful answers disappearing at the end of a session, knowledge can be stored once, found again later, and reused across the team.

Challenge

AI workflows were becoming powerful but forgetful. Teams kept rediscovering the same decisions, implementation history, and project context because each conversation started fresh. Valuable lessons were scattered across chats, documents, and local notes instead of becoming durable team knowledge.

Approach

We shaped the product around a simple promise: capture useful context once, keep it organized by team and workspace, and make it available wherever people ask for help. The experience focuses on reducing repeated explanation, preserving trusted answers, and letting teams bring their preferred AI tools.

Outcome

ContextVault turns AI from a series of isolated conversations into a reusable knowledge system. Teams can carry decisions, examples, and lessons forward across sessions, reduce repeated context loading, and give new work a stronger starting point.
